The same day, another Pennsylvania state court dismissed Trump’s case. His attorney, Rudy Giuliani, sued Pennsylvania seeking the annulment of the results. A federal court in Pennsylvania has set a hearing for the case on November 26 (Friday), with a temporary ban on certifying the results of the vote. However, the results of the state vote have already been verified.
Judge Stephenos Bibas said in a ruling on Friday that there were no specific allegations or evidence in the case. After the case was dismissed, President Trump’s attorneys said they would take him to the Court of Appeals. Trump’s attorneys continue their unsuccessful journey to the Supreme Court.
Jenna Ellis, one of Trump’s attorneys, said in a tweet that the Pennsylvania state judiciary has continued its efforts to cover up the state’s massive election fraud for political reasons. Jenna Ellis thanked the Supreme Court for giving them the opportunity to prove their case.
