He said 6,208 samples have been analyzed in 36 laboratories in the last 24 hours, including a new one. Of these, 1,034 have been identified. This is by far the highest number detected in a single day. So far, a total of 15,791 people have been identified. Another 11 people died. Among them are five men and six women. One of them is in the age group of 61-60 years, one is in the age group of 61-60 years, four are in the age group of 51-60 years, two are in the age group of 41 -50 years, two are in the age group of 31-40 years and one is in the age group of 21-30 years. . Of the 11, eight died in the Dhaka division, two in the Chittagong division and one in the Rangpur division. So far 239 people have died.
He added that 252 more people have recovered in the past 24 hours. So far 2,902 people have been recovered.
According to the government’s Institute of Pathology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCR), the first case of coronavirus was identified in the country on March 8. On March 17, the first death was reported.
