The Jagannath University (JU) Branch Student Rights Council has protested against the attack on the students of Barisal University (BU) at midnight. They also demanded that those involved in the incident be brought to justice soon.

He said the group was demanding that those involved in the attack be brought to justice as soon as possible. At the same time, the trial must end quickly. If the perpetrators do not submit to the law very soon, the Bangladesh Student Rights Council will give the appropriate response together with students from all over the country. The amount of points will not be deducted in case of attack on students.
In this regard, Mahamudul Mishu, Deputy Secretary General of the Branch Student Rights Council, said: Which has shocked people at all levels. The perpetrators, including the perpetrators of the incident, must be brought to justice. Otherwise, we students are ready to give a tough answer.
On Tuesday, Taufiqul Sajal and Farzana Akter Mimi, students from the Department of Economics at the University of Barisal, went to the BRTC counter in Rupatli to visit their home in Khulna. The clerk at the Rafiq desk beat and humiliated the two students over a trivial incident. In response, the students blocked the road and demanded Rafiq’s arrest. The police arrested Rafiq within an hour. As a result, the students were attacked at night.
