Australia has reacted angrily to the search for passengers on a flight back to Sydney.
The search was conducted at the Dohar Hamad International Airport.
Authorities searched for his mother after rescuing a newborn from a terminal bathroom.
However, the identity of the newborn has not yet been identified.
Witnesses told Australian media that the women boarded a Qatar Airways flight. They were later downloaded and registered.
Thirteen Australian women were taken to an ambulance and told to remove their underwear before being examined, according to the report.
A passenger named Wolfgang Babek told the Australian Broadcasting Corporation that everyone was upset when the women returned. One of them was relatively young and was crying.
Despite the incident on October 2, the Qatari government has yet to comment.
The Australian government says the report shows that in the circumstances in which women were treated, they did not have an environment in which they could freely express their views.
The country’s Foreign Minister Mary Payne said she had told Australian federal police that the incident was “extremely disturbing, offensive and disturbing.” He said Australia should decide next steps after hearing Qatar’s response.
A spokesman for Hamad International Airport said health officials had raised concerns about the health of a mother who had just given birth and asked to be found before leaving the airport.
In a statement, airport authorities said all people with access to the airport where the newborn was found were asked to cooperate in the investigation. Source: BBC
