Images of intimate moments on Facebook, angry schoolgirl suicide!

Lipi Akhter, 18, a schoolgirl from Shibchar in Madaripur, committed suicide by poisoning after some images of offensive and intimate moments went viral on social media (Facebook).

The body was recovered on Sunday and sent to the Madaripur morgue for an autopsy. A case of unnatural death has been filed at the Shibchar Police Station.

The deceased was identified as Akhter Madaripur, daughter of Dulal Faraji, a Dubai expat from Balakandi village at the Panchchar junction of Shibchar upazila. She was a sophomore at Panchchar Girls High School. This year, that is, 2021 SSC examiners.

According to locals and family sources, a love story took place between Lipi Akhter (about Biyai) and Mohammad Rony Bepari, a talented young man from the village of Kadirpur in Shibchar upazila of Madaripur. The girl’s side rejects the boy’s marriage proposal. Since then, the talented young man said. Ronnie Bepari uploaded some intimate moments of the girl on Facebook through social networks with the identification ‘Nijhum Raater Nil Pari’ (false). Several photos of the girl went viral.

In that anger, Lipi was poisoned in the home on Friday night. He was first taken to the Shibchar Upazila Health Complex in critical condition. He died on Sunday morning after being taken first to Faridpur and then to Dhaka.

According to multiple reliable sources in the area, the fake ID named ‘Nijhum Raater Nil Pari’ Md. Ronnie Bepari was a young man.

Yusuf Razi, the deceased’s uncle, said that his niece Lipi Akhter had taken a poisonous substance two days ago when her image went viral on Facebook. He died in Dhaka on Sunday morning.

Hiron Begum, the mother of the deceased, said Ronnie’s family had previously proposed to her daughter. One of my nieces was married to her cousin (Ronnie Bepari) in that house, so we didn’t want to be related there. For this he got angry and left some photos of my daughter on Facebook and threatened to leave more videos with photos on Facebook.

Shibchar police said YES. Rahmat Ali said Lipi Akhter drank a poisonous substance in his home last Friday night. He died Sunday morning.

Shibchar’s chief of police said. Miraj Hossain said: I received the news through the people and I sent the police there. The body was recovered and sent to the Madaripur morgue for autopsy. A case of unnatural death has been presented in this regard.
