The Bangladesh Bar Association has committed acts of violence if it is part of the participants in the written test. At that moment, they tore the students’ notebooks and took them out of the exam room. Due to the violence, the tests were canceled in most of the centers.

Because of this, ordinary students are in danger. However, authorities say the situation in these centers can be reviewed and re-examined.

According to the aggrieved students, according to the pre-established schedule, the written test of the Bar Association for admission as lawyers began at 9 am today in nine centers in the capital. More than 13 thousand students participated. Within five minutes of the start of the test, the students from the two centers began boycotting the test with the slogan ‘The question has become difficult’ and continued chanting slogans. The two centers are Mohammadpur Government Model School and College and Dhaka Metropolitan Women’s College.

Jannatul Polly, an examinee from the Mohammadpur Government Model School and University, told NTV Online that he sat in the exam room at 9 am. Once the test begins, we begin to prepare to write to the ledger. At that moment the entire center began to scream.

“The question has become much more difficult and complicated. Still, I was getting ready to write. But some students got angry and started trashing the center and preventing students from participating in the exams.

Jannatul Polly further said: ‘I did not see the situation well and then I went with the books. Some students want to write but cannot sit in the exam room. Many examinees burst into tears because they were unable to take the exam at that time.

The scheduled time for the test was four hours, from 9 am to 1 pm Vandalism and violence continued until 11 am at the Mohammadpur Government Model School and University Center. Because of this, no candidate could write anything in the first two hours of the test. Later, around 11 a.m., the Judicial Superintendent and Magistrate announced the postponement of the examination. Later, the students were also expelled from the center. The examinees left the central area.

The situation is similar at Mohammadpur Women’s College, Mohammadpur Central College, and BCSIR High School. Some students from other schools go to these institutions and stop the exam. The same incident occurred at the Dhaka Metropolitan Women’s College in Laxmibazar, Old Dhaka, the students said.

Sadekur Rahman, an examinee from the Mohammadpur University Center for Women, told NTV Online: I have heard that tests have been done at many centers. What will happen to us now? We sat down for the test with preparation.

Ashikur Rahman, an examiner at Dhaka Metropolitan Women’s College, told NTV Online: “Some students started a movement within two minutes of sitting in the exam room. Many students came out of the hall announcing the boycott of the exams. After an hour, the problem started with snatching the book. At one point, after an hour, with the help of RAB, the test started again with the candidates stuck.

Sajib, a BCSIR high school candidate, told NTV Online, “You have to answer seven questions on the Bar Association written test. I have written down the answers to five questions, at which point around 11:55 a.m. some people from outside entered the hallway and took the book by force. If I don’t want to give, they abuse me in vulgar language. ‘

However, despite trial boycott efforts, it was not found. Although many of them have been heard saying, this time the issue has been extremely difficult. There has never been a question like this in the history of the Bar Association. For this reason, they demanded to publish the newsletter of those elected directly with Viva.

Attorney General AM Amin Uddin, President of the Bar Association, told NTV Online: “We will make a general decision after receiving the reports from the superintendents of all the centers.” However, those who have given the proof have given it. And those who were unable to appear for the test due to the protesters despite their wish, if they can prove the matter, they will be deemed to take the test on a special system.
