Sadek Bachchu, who has acted in more than 500 films in his long career, was admitted to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital on the night of September 6 after contracting a cold and fever. Then, on September 11, his corona test result was positive. When his condition deteriorated a day later, he was taken to the Universal Medical College Hospital in Mohakhali. There he was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Covid Unit.
