Chhatra League Central President Al Nahyan Khan has called on the organization’s leaders and workers at all levels to resist speakers who made offensive remarks about Bangladesh, the father of the nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in Waz Mahfil anywhere in the country.

Al Nahyan Khan called for a BCL Central protest rally in Kushtia to protest the desecration of the sculpture of the nation’s father Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and to demand exemplary punishment by arresting those involved. The rally was held at the foot of the Raju sculpture at Dhaka University on Sunday afternoon.

Before the demonstration, the BCL organized a procession from Madhur Canteen to the Raju sculpture.

Addressing BCL leaders and workers at the rally, Al Nahyan Khan, president of the organization, said: If any speaker in Waz Mahfil speaks of Bangladesh, Bangabandhu and Sheikh Hasina as “pro-Pakistan and an accomplice of Razakars,” he will give a toothless answer.

Resist them there. Its value has increased because nobody says anything. ‘
