Sometimes people present false cases of rape out of anger, a woman has proven it. Tonight, a woman came to Shahbagh Police Station with a toothache and said she had been raped.
I immediately sent a team with the woman to catch the rapist in Motaleb Plaza, and after a while I was able to arrest the rapist.
The woman alleged that she went to Motaleb Plaza to buy a mobile phone, she wanted a blue one but the shopkeeper gave her a green one.
Annoyed, the woman opened the package from the street and called the merchant to change it to a blue color. Speaking of changing the mobile phone, the merchant raped the woman in a secluded setting.
A married woman came from Savar to Dhaka to buy a mobile phone and lost her dignity. Cases are being shelved to ensure that the maximum punishment for rape is death.
Later I spoke with the merchant (rapist) about this, I listened to the mobile recording of the conversation with the woman from her mobile, I checked the CCTV camera in Motaleb Plaza, the woman was sitting in a hotel with the hotel authorities , sadly listening and checking all the woman’s complaints appeared to be false. Looked like.
The woman’s location, time, phone call, and recording don’t match anything. Then I showed everything to the woman and said: Apa, nothing is what you are saying, you see for yourself.
And I said that we will do a medical examination to see if they really raped you.
In a few moments the woman said: Lord, forgive me, I lied, no one tried to rape me or rape me in any way. I asked him why he had come to present a case and he told me that he had bought a mobile phone for 14,500 rupees as a hobby and that he had come from Savar with difficulties. I was very angry why he gave me the color green when talking about the color blue. Later, when I told him about the change over the phone, the merchant gave me the phone saying it was a good cell phone, so my mood got worse.
To give, as the punishment for rape is greater, I have made up false stories and talked about rape.
The merchant’s crime was to deliver Green in place of Blu and become a rapist. Please don’t try to insult the mother nation with this opportunity.
