The cabinet department requested the Ministry of Public Administration in a letter on Monday (November 30) to change the positions of these 11-16 grade field staff.
According to the letter, 11-16 grade employees working in the Office of the Divisional Commissioner, the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, the Office of the Upazila Nirbahi Officer, and the Office (of Lands) of the Assistant Commissioner have been campaigning for a long time. to change your current titles to Secretary. They have been on a full-day strike from November 15-30 as their demands have not been met for a long time. Public services, including important field administration activities, are severely disrupted as employees are on full-day strike. A letter has been requested to the Secretary of Public Administration to inform the Cabinet Division on the effective measures in this regard as directed by the Prime Minister.
It is worth mentioning that the employees of the Divisional Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner, the Officer of Upazila Nirbahi and the Deputy Commissioner (Lands) have been protesting for a long time.
