Sonargaon police rescued the teenager around 11pm on Friday and sent him to Dhaka Medical Hospital.
The injured were identified as Ibrahim Uddin Miah from Hamchadi village under Ibrahim upazila and a madrasa student.
Said the Sonargaon Police Deputy Inspector (SI). Arif said Ibrahim was rescued from under the Mograpara crossroads crossing bridge with severe cuts to his penis and was admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
He said the teenager had gone to a mahfil waz in the Balua Dighirpar area on Friday night. From there, some of his friends took him on a tour of Panama City.
Later, one of his friends blindfolded him. Later, they knocked him unconscious, cut off his penis and fled.
When the teenager regained consciousness around 10:30 p.m., he passed under the bridge at the Mograpara crossing with a Panam Nagar GNC and fainted. At that time the locals rescued him and reported him to the police.
Currently, this madrasa student is battling death at Dhaka Medical.
