Five members of the Bangabandhu family are in charge of the Juba League

Five members of the family of the nation’s father Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman are in charge of the Juba League, an affiliate of the Bangladesh Awami League. After many debates about the Juba League, many have expressed their relief that relatives of the nation’s father are at the helm this time.

On November 23 of last year, the Juba League Central Committee was formed through the glorious Congress. Sheikh Fazle Shams, son of the founding president of Juba League Sheikh Fazlul Haque Moni, became the president of Shams Parash. Mainul Hossain Khan Nikhil was given the responsibility of general secretary. The entire committee of the organization was announced at the Awami League headquarters on Saturday night (November 14).

Four emerging political faces of the Bangabandhu family have been included in the Juba League committee. In addition to the president of the Juba League, they include Mojibur Rahman Chowdhury Nixon, Sheikh Fazle Fahim, Barrister Sheikh Fazle Naeem and Sheikh Sohail.

The president of the Sheikh Fazle Shams Parash organization is the nephew of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the eldest son of the founder of the Juba League Sheikh Fazlul Haque Moni. Parsh’s younger brother, Fazle Nur Taposh, mayor of Dhaka South City. The member of the Juba League presidium and president of the FBCCI, Sheikh Fazle Fahim, is the son of the member of the Awami League presidium, Sheikh Fazlul Karim Selim. His younger brother is Barrister Sheikh Fazle Naeem, Deputy Secretary General of the Juba League.

Sheikh Fazle Fahim is the cousin of Sheikh Fazle Shams Parash, President of Juba League. Sheikh Fazlul Karim Selim, the father of Sheikh Fazle Fahim, became the younger brother of Fazlul Haque Moni, the founder of the Juba League.

Another member of the Bangabandhu family, the Juba Faridpur League presidium member-4 MP Mujibur Rahman Chowdhury Nixon. Nixon’s grandmother, Fatema, was the older sister of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. As such, he is the grandson of Bangabandhu.

Furthermore, Sheikh Sohail, younger son of Bangabandhu’s younger brother, Sheikh Abu Nasser, has also become a member of the Juba League presidium.
