Director Anurag Kashyap was summoned by the Mumbai police for questioning. Actress Payal Ghosh filed a sexual harassment complaint against the director on September 19. A couple of days later, she filed an FIR against Kashyap at the Versova Police Station alleging rape and indecency. According to a Mumbai outlet, the director has been summoned for questioning.
Pawel’s lawyer told the media that a case has been brought against Anurag under sections 37, 354, 341 and 342 of the Constitution of India.
It is known that Payal also filed a complaint against Anurag in the NDPS section. Payal tweeted that he would meet with Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshiari on Tuesday to discuss his accusations against Anurag in detail.

The actress was also recently summoned to Mumbai Versova Police Station. Police advised Payal to undergo a medical examination at Cooper Hospital last Friday.
