Curiosity has arisen about the mad fish caught on a fancy hunter’s hook in the Kura River from Golapganj in Sylhet. The fish was caught with a fishing pole Friday night, but it took a lot of speed to catch it.
After trying all night, the fish couldn’t be picked up on the river bank, so finally on Saturday the divers were able to catch the fish on the bank. With this, a great expectation was created in the area. Thousands of people flocked to the riverbank in the morning to see the fish caught.
A man named Suruj Ali is known to have gone fishing in the Kura River in Dhaka south of upazila on Friday night. At that moment a crazy fish weighing 600 grams was caught on his fishing pole. After being caught, he tried to take the fish to the river, but failed. Meanwhile, 200 kg of crazy fish have been caught in the area.
The matter immediately spread to the entire area. The fight started. Then hundreds of people from different areas ran to the river to see the fish. As a result, the entire river bank was filled with people.
Meanwhile, divers rushed to the site Friday night as they were unable to catch the fish. On Saturday morning, the divers collected the fish from the river and found it weighing 600 grams.
Suruj Ali said, “Who or what spread the fish weighing 200 kg all over the upazila because it was caught on my hook.” As a result, hundreds of people ran towards the river bank. Since the fish was caught on my hook on Friday night, a lot of people thought that the fish might be too big because I couldn’t catch it.
