In private educational institutions the collection of high fees is slowing down. All types of student education expenses will be determined by allocating the prescribed sector. It could be implemented from next year.

If the policy is implemented, students will be required to collect all kinds of fees and salaries through the prescribed bank account. Cash cannot be recovered from them in any way. All money collected must be deposited in the general fund of the educational institution.
Monthly salary and admission fee to the school.
In this policy, a fundraising sector has been created for all levels of educational institutions registered with the MPO. The money will be fixed in those sectors. Among them, the monthly salary for 1st to 9th class in Dhaka Metropolitan and its environs will be 25-45 rupees, 20-40 rupees at district headquarters and municipal areas, 15-35 rupees in upazilas and 12 to Rs 30 in underprivileged areas. The admission application fee will be set at Rs 85 to Rs 200 in phases. Admission and full admission fee will be set at 300 to lakhs.
Other fees including semester and annual exams
The policy stipulates fees for student mid-year and annual exams. Rs 300-500 for two exams at the primary level and Rs 600-800 for the secondary level.
In addition, 50 rupees for religious ceremonies, 100 rupees for magazine, 150 rupees for printing, 50 to 65 rupees for cultural programs, debates and celebrations of different days, 25 to 50 rupees for computer charge, 30 rupees for agriculture and garden (if corresponds), 20 rupees for common room. Starting at 35, National Education Week rate 5, BNCC rate 5, Red Crescent rate 20, will be set at Rs 25-50 for mosques and places of worship.
Registration fee
The registration fee for the eighth and ninth class, the exam fee, the practical work fee, the transcript fee, and the original certificate fee will be determined by the Board of Education. In addition, the board will determine scout, sports, wellness, science and technology fees. The development fee can be charged according to the admission policy.
Eleventh and Twelfth Grade Expenses
At the university level, the monthly salary for students in classes XI and XII will be set at Tk 80-150, the online application, the enrollment fee and the development fee will be set according to the admissions policy. An internal fee of Rs 50-40 will be charged for each item.
However, in each case, fees for practical tests, transcripts, certificates, test centers, scouts, sports, Red Crescent, science and technology fees, BNCC fees must be paid according to the admissions policy.
Incidental expenses in college
According to the policy, the admission fee for students in classes XI and XII will be set at Rs 1,000 to Rs 5,000, including session charges. Apart from this, the social assistance fee is Rs 20, the identity card fee is Rs 30, the library fee is Rs 25, the lab / science fee is Rs 100, the library fee is Rs. TIC is 20 rupees, magazine sector is rupees. 100 rupees will be set.
According to the draft policy on income and expenditure of educational institutions registered with the MPO, the monthly salary of students must be received through the prescribed bank account. The educational authorities will not be able to collect cash. To do this, all institutions have to open bank accounts. A school management committee that is listed by the MPO and a finance committee should be formed that includes three senior teachers headed by the chair of the university’s governing body. The three-member salary and fee collection committee, which comprises the university’s senior teachers, will report monthly on all types of fees and salary collection together with the committee.
