The police arrested his father-in-law Milon Mia, 55, for allegedly raping his daughter-in-law in the Shibganj upazila in Bogra. Milon Mia is a resident of the Bihar Uttarpara village in the Bihar union of the upazila.
Police raided his home at 10 p.m. Sunday and arrested him at his home. Milon Mia was sent to the Bogra District Jail through court Monday afternoon.
According to police sources, Sabbir Hossain, the son of Milon Miah from the village, married a girl from a neighboring village three years ago. After the marriage, the husband got a job as a bus attendant. The housewife’s husband returned home after 20/21 days due to the deed of the truck. On this occasion, the evil eye of the evil father-in-law Milon Mia fell on the daughter-in-law. Milon Mia enters her daughter-in-law’s house from time to time late at night and touches the sensitive part of her body because the child is not at home. If the daughter-in-law woke up, the father-in-law would run away.
The case further mentions that the lustful father-in-law later changed tack. He used to mix intoxicants with cow’s milk for his daughter-in-law. When the daughter-in-law drank milk and fell asleep, the father-in-law entered his room and raped him. The daughter-in-law did not wake up in the morning and woke up at 12 noon and her clothes would be random. If the daughter-in-law suspects the matter, she tries to capture the video with her mobile phone.
At one point, on July 26, the housewife pretended to be sleeping in the bedroom, but in the middle of the night, Milon Mia, the father-in-law, entered the daughter-in-law’s bedroom and raped her. Subsequent attempts to compromise failed locally. Later on Sunday night, the housewife filed a lawsuit against her father-in-law Milon Miah. The police arrested him that night. The housewife then sent the video to the police.
Shibganj OC SM Badiuzzaman Police Station said that Milon Mia was sent to the Bogra District Jail through court on Monday afternoon.
