With this information, this gang has blackmailed countless people and cheated millions of rupees. “

Article 7 of the law says– “No employee of any operator will use any telecommunications equipment or wireless equipment for the purpose of collecting information related to the sender or receiver of the message sent through telecommunications or wireless communication while on duty. Doing so will be punishable by imprisonment for a maximum of 5 (five) years or a fine of not more than Tk 1 crore or both. “

It has been said in article 64 of the law.“Assistance, incitement or conspiracy to commit such crimes will be punishable.”

Article 7 of the law says“If any person who violates any provision of this Law is a company, it will be considered that every owner, director, manager, secretary or any other official, employee or representative of that company has violated the provision. Unless you can prove that the rape was committed unknowingly or that you have done everything you can to prevent it. “

Police officer Hafeez said: “Nupur and Anik are currently in jail in two cases under the Digital Security and Fraud Act. They (in this case) will be detained for 10 days showing Shawn’s arrest. “
