In accordance with government policy announced at the time, SSC and HSC combined required 7.50 points for admission to a three-year diploma course. But he didn’t have this point. He had SSC 2.75 and HSC 3.10 5.75 points. At this time he went to a union. His SSC pass certificate was forged and tampered with on the computer and changed from 2.75 to 4.75.
