In these hotels and bars called Fortune Pearl Hotel and Dance Club, Royal Fortune Hotel, Fortune Grand Hotel and City Tower Hotel, women were trafficked from Bangladesh and forced to have sex. Dubai police recently informed the Bangladeshi embassy after investigating the matter. Later, Azam Khan was forced to leave Dubai. After arriving in the country, the CID arrested Azam Khan along with two accomplices on July 12.
CID officials said Azam Khan and his associates said in questioning and court statements that many people in Bangladesh used to traffic women on their behalf. In recent years, thousands of women have been trafficked to Dubai. Originally, they used to attract teenagers and young women to dance at the Azam Khan dance bar in Dubai. Evan was one of her “collectors” in Bangladesh. Many celebrities from the media world participated in various corporate shows through Evan’s Dance Club. That is why it is better known in the media. Many young women used to go to her dance club to learn to dance and participate in dance performances on behalf of her club. She took this opportunity to target relatively poor and affluent young women. She used to smuggle Azam Khan into Dubai tempted to earn Rs 50,000 to Rs 1 lakh per month and work in various dance bars in Dubai.
CID officials said young Bangladeshi women were taken to Azam Khan’s hotel and bar in Dubai to dance at the dance bar, but were not paid.
