Earlier on Sunday, the students held a protest rally outside the residence of the university rector demanding the same. Later the student delegation met with the rector. Unsure of the meeting, they announced the next program.
In this regard, the Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Sheikh Abdus Salam said: “Tomorrow there will be an emergency meeting with the Deans. The next test decision will be made. However, the government’s decision to open a residential room is still final. “
Students from the universities of Dhaka, Rajshahi and Jahangirnagar are also campaigning for the same lawsuit.
