Uttam Kumar Barua, Director (Acting) of Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital, has been appointed Special Officer in Charge (OSD) after allegations of misconduct and corruption emerged. KM Mamun Morshed, deputy director of the hospital, organized a meeting about why OSD was administered.
