The Rajbari Health Department and the Sadar Police arrested a couple on their way from Dhaka after being attacked by Corona. They were rescued in front of the Ratan Clinic in the Barapul area of Rajbari-Kushtia Regional Highway on Friday (April 24) evening, both residents of the distr Kushtia ito, said Rajbari civil surgeon Dr. Mohammad Nurul Islam.
According to the civil surgeon, the coronavirus couple was fleeing from Dhaka to Kushtia through Rajbari. They were detained in front of the Dr. Ratan Clinic on the Rajbari-Kushtia Regional Highway with the help of the Rajbari Sadar Police. Later they were sent to the Kushtia Hospital. The injured couple was going home on a battery-powered motorcycle. They are residents of Daulatpur upazila from Kushtia. They are 31 and 24 years old.
The couple are known to have lived in a house at Kamrangir Char in Dhaka. The coronavirus was found in the bodies of the husband last Wednesday and the wife on Thursday. They were informed that the IEDCR Corona report was positive. They then fled to the Kushtia house.
