The display case was signed by Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Health Sharmin Akter Jahan on Sunday. KM Mamun Morshed organized an exchange meeting with the doctors, officials, nurses and hospital staff against the transfer order of the former (acting) director of the hospital. The meeting also criticized the government order, which is contrary to the 1989 Code of Conduct for Government Employees and an offense punishable under Rule 3 (b) of the Government Employees Regulations (Discipline and Appeal) 2016.
