According to the Department of Health, in the last 24 hours, 9,912 samples have been analyzed in 114 RT-PCR laboratories, 20 gene expert laboratories and 29 rapid antigen laboratories throughout the country, a total of 183 laboratories. So far 31 lakh 59,280 samples have been tested.

Considering the sample test in 24 hours, the detection rate is 7.41 percent, so far the total detection rate is 16.06 percent. The recovery rate is 8.6 percent and the mortality rate is 1.47 percent.

Of those who died on the last day, 23 were men and 8 were women. They all died in the hospital.

Of these, 21 were over 60 years old, 5 were between 51 and 60 years old and 4 were between 41 and 50 years old.

The dead included 20 residents of the Dhaka division, 6 residents of the Chittagong division, 1 resident of the Khulna, Rangpur and Mymensingh divisions.

Of the 6,426 people who have died so far in the country, 5,659 are men and 1,069 are women.

Of the dead, 4,043 were over 60 years old. In addition, 1,008 people are between 51 and 60 years old, 7 people between 41 and 50 years old, 362 people between 31 and 40 years old, 159 people between 21 and 30 years old, 56 people between 11 and 20 years old and 34 people between 34 years old.
