Coronavirus 25 more deaths in one day

The first case of coronavirus was detected in Bangladesh on March 7 and crossed 4 lakh on October 28. Of these, 4,019 patients with Kovid-19 were identified on July 2, which is the highest in a single day.

On March 17, 10 days after the identification of the first patient, the Department of Health confirmed the first death report in the country. On October 10, it stood at five thousand five hundred. Of these, 64 deaths were reported in a single day on June 30, the highest number of deaths in a single day.

The number of coronavirus cases in the world has already exceeded 46.5 million, and the number of deaths has reached 1.2 million.

Bangladesh is ranked 21st in the world in terms of the Johns Hopkins University list and 30th in terms of death toll.

According to the Department of Health, 12,791 samples have been analyzed in 113 laboratories across the country in the last 24 hours. So far, a total of 23 lakh 71,602 samples have been analyzed.

Considering the sample test in 24 hours, the detection rate is 13.46 percent, so far the total detection rate is 16.40 percent. The recovery rate was 79.6 percent and the mortality rate was 1.45 percent.

Among those who have died in the last day, 20 are men and 5 are women. They all died in the hospital.

Fifteen of the dead were over 60 years old. The age of 6 people was between 51 and 60 years old and the total age of 4 people was between 41 to 50 and 31 to 40 years.

The dead included 15 residents of the Dhaka division, 3 each, 6 residents of the Chittagong and Sylhet divisions, 2 residents of the Khulna division and 1 resident of the Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions.

Of the 5,096 deaths so far in the country, 4,058 are men and 1,038 are women.

Of the dead, 3,110 were over 60 years old. In addition, 1,057 people between 51 and 60 years old, 638 people between 41 and 50 years old, 329 people between 31 and 40 years old, 138 people between 21 and 30 years old, 48 people between 11 and 20 and 29 people I was under 10 years old .

Of these, 3,107 were residents of the Dhaka Division, 1,179 from the Chittagong Division, 362 from the Rajshahi Division, 472 from the Khulna Division, 200 from the Barisal Division, 250 from the Sylhet Division, 263 from the Rangpur Division and 122 of the Mymensingh Division.
