Corona’s ‘second wave’ may begin in the country as of next month or November. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has instructed those concerned to make all the necessary preparations for this.

Khandaker Anwarul Islam said the second corona wave is expected in October-November. Therefore, the Prime Minister has instructed to prepare to deal with this situation by learning from past experience. Additionally, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has called for more caution in wearing masks.
Previously, the Kavid-19 National Technical Advisory Committee warned that reinfection could increase in Bangladesh. A press release issued after the committee meeting Sunday night expressed this concern.
