Two friends have been accused of raping a college student after calling her at her home in Chittagong. A case has been registered in this incident.
The incident took place on December 11 at a house in the city’s East Feroz Shah neighborhood.
The university student’s mother has filed a lawsuit against the two friends at Akbar Shah Police Station. The victim is a student from class XII.
The accused are Rakibul Hasan alias Aryan (20) and Mehedi Hasan Ashiq Rabbani alias Babu (23), residents of the same area.
Akbar Shah Police Station OC Zahir Hossain confirmed the information Tuesday morning.
According to the case, Aryan had an affair with the schoolgirl. But after the family found out about the matter, the girl broke up the relationship.
On the afternoon of December 11, the college student was on her way to the GEC intersection to buy books when Aryan called her and told her that she had been injured in a motorcycle accident and that she was staying at her friend Babu’s house in East Feroz Shah Colony. At this moment the girl tells him to go see her.
It has been alleged in the case that Aryan and Babu ‘raped’ the college student when she went there.
In the case, it has been alleged that he also threatened to kill the girl and disappear her body if she revealed the rape.
When he returned home, he told his family about the incident. He was later admitted to the One Stop Crisis Center (OCC) at Chittagong Medical College Hospital.
Akbar Shah OC Zahir Hossain Police Station said they initially understood the “truth” of the incident. The defendant fled after the incident. Continue the operation to catch them.
