Saudi Arabia has imposed a temporary travel ban on citizens of three countries, including India. The ban was imposed by the Saudi aviation authorities on Wednesday (September 23) due to the outbreak of the Corona virus epidemic.
Apart from India, the other two countries are Brazil and Argentina.
Citizens of the three countries who traveled to Saudi Arabia 14 days ago will also be subject to the new ban, the aviation authority said in a statement.
The statement added that in addition to the citizens of the three countries, those who had traveled to any of the three countries (India, Brazil, Argentina) 14 days before their arrival in Saudi Arabia could not enter Saudi Arabia.
However, those who have an invitation from the government will not be subject to this prohibition. According to Johns Hopkins University, so far 3.30,796 people have been infected with the corona virus in Saudi Arabia.
