Shahidul Islam, Delwar Hossain, Khorshed Alam; The former Assistant Deputy Inspector (ASI) said. Firoz Alam, Mahbub Alam Sarkar; Former Sheriff Sukanta Barua, Md. Nurul Amin, Md. Uddin Chief, Maryland. Nurul Karim, Md. Sirajul Islam and the alleged police sources are Abul Hashem and Abul Khair from Elnapathar village in Chagalnaiya upazila.
The plaintiff alleged that Abul Hashem and Abul Khair from Elnapathar village in Chagalnaiya had asked the plaintiff to deal in drugs on several occasions. But he did not agree. On the afternoon of January 17, 2019, he was hauling land in the Kazirbagh area of Feni Sadar Upazila. Citing the then CO of the Chagalnaiya Police Station, Abul Hashem and Abul Khair demanded 5 lakh rupees from him. But he refused to pay, so he was taken by minibus to a nearby brick kiln. From there he was blindfolded and taken to the side of the Shubhpur-Champaknagar road in the upazila at night, where he was beaten and injured by the accused.
