At the intersection of busy streets, small plastic packages fall like rain from the sky. Seeing that, some people present are collecting packages and filling their pockets. The traffic police are trying to pick up the packages from the sky but they don’t get along with the enthusiastic crowd. That plastic package actually contained marijuana.

The incident took place recently in Tel Aviv, the capital of Israel. An organization called ‘The Green Drones’ has launched packages of cannabis from the sky with the help of drones in the popular Robin Square. The group is campaigning for the legalization of cannabis in Israel. They have created this elegant event to promote their program.

Posting a video of the incident on social media, The Green Drones wrote: ‘Brothers, this is the moment. It is a bird? It is a plane? No, they are Green Drones. Cannabis is spreading from the sky. I hope everyone gets a taste of free love. ‘ Each of the packages contained 2 grams of cannabis. In this way, around one kg of cannabis has been distributed.

The Green Drones have announced that they have launched a project called ‘Cannabis Rain’. As part of that project, marijuana will be delivered from the sky by drones once a week in different parts of the country.

In a statement, police said they suspected the bags had been filled with a “dangerous drug” and that officers had been able to retrieve dozens of bags. The photo provided by the police shows cannabis inside the small bags. Currently, cannabis can be used as a drug in Israel. However, the recreational use of cannabis is illegal in the country.
