Dhaka: Bashundhara Group has won the ‘Best VAT Payer’ award this year in recognition of paying the highest value added tax (VAT) to the national treasury. The award was given to them in the ‘Production’ category for their contribution to the Narayanganj Industrial Complex.
The National Revenue Board (NBR) on Thursday (December 10) honored nine companies at the national level and 131 at the district level for their outstanding contributions to the manufacturing, commerce and service sectors.
