Bangladeshis will be able to participate in a special course in India to treat the crown

The Indian High Commission in Dhaka said in a statement on Thursday that the course, to be held on 12-13 May, will be held in Bengal by AIIMS medical professionals in Bhubaneswar. This is the first course in Bengal and will be open to Bangladeshi medical professionals, health workers and administrative officials. On March 15, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a video conference with SAARC leaders as part of India’s ‘Neighbor First’ policy and a collaborative regional effort to curb the spread of COVID-19.

According to the statement, health experts from India and Bangladesh have already held a video conference to discuss specific steps to take in managing Covid-19 and share their best practices. In addition, India’s leading healthcare experts have developed and conducted multiple online training modules on how to improve the ability of healthcare providers to administer COVID-19 under the Indian Technology and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) .

April 17-21, 2020 AIIMS, Raipur conducts the first online course and is currently conducting the second online course at the Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, India (April 26 to 6 May 2020). The High Commission of India said in a statement that India, as a friend and neighbor, is ready to support Bangladesh in times of adversity. In a phone call on April 29, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Prime Minister Narendra Modi reiterated their commitment to work together. India and Bangladesh will be able to overcome the situation created by the Kovid-19 infection together.
