The famous screen actor KS Firoz has died. He took his last breath at 8:20 a.m. Wednesday at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Dhaka. He died of corona symptoms that included fever and shortness of breath. At the time of his death, the actor left numerous admirers including his wife and three daughters.
The producer Chayanika Chowdhury has confirmed the death of the actor. “He was admitted to CMH yesterday. Doctors said he had pneumonia. After the injection, his condition worsened. He later died while on ventilation. This talented artist has acted in many of my works. I can’t accept such bad news in the morning.
Feroze’s presence in Bengali dramas and films is significant. But it started with Mancha Natak. She became involved with the theater company ‘Theater’ and began acting. She has acted in ‘Sat Ghater Kanakari’, ‘Kinglier’ and ‘Rakshasi’.
KS Firoz made his television debut in the play ‘Deep Tabuo Jwale’. Dolly Ibrahim was in front of him.
