Therefore, Sections 21 (1) (b) and 30 (3) of the Gazette and the Order of the Bangladesh Bar Council of 1972 have been challenged in the writ petition. Lawyer Ishrat Hasan told Jugantar after the verdict that the High Court had declared that it was legal to publish the Bangladesh Bar Association newsletter directly to lawyer Jumman Siddiqui, who failed the lawyer’s examination.
