The DU student has brought another case against Nurul Haque Nur, former Vice President of the Central Student Parliament (Daksu) of Dhaka University.
The court’s bench clerk, Shamim Al Mamun, confirmed to The Daily Star that he had filed the case under the Digital Security Act at the Dhaka Cyber Court on Wednesday.
After the hearing, Dhaka Assam Cyber Court Judge Jaglul Hossain took notice of the case and recorded the student’s statement.
Shamim Al Mamun said the court will issue an order in the afternoon.
Previously, the same student had brought three cases against six leaders of the Bangladesh Student Rights Council, including Nur, on charges of rape, complicity and complicity in rape, murder of characters and cyberbullying.
When asked about this, Nur told The Daily Star this afternoon: ‘That student has involved me in a rape case without any basis. This is a politically motivated case.
He said: “Recently, the DB police detained five members of my organization, but they did not admit it. I was devastated. So I came live and expressed my anger, but I didn’t want to question the character of the student.
But the accusation against him has insulted his character with extremely indecent language.
“I mean, she’s not a bitch, she’s not a bitch,” Nur said.
Nur said: ‘If she (the student) is really a rape victim, she can seek justice. We also want justice for this. We are by your side. ‘
“If my words make you sad, I’m sorry too,” Nur said.
“However, he is presenting us case after case, mentioning the accomplice in the violation, the kidnapper, in which we are also being socially degraded. She introduces herself as our ‘whore’. Aren’t these crimes? ‘Nur said.
