Construction work on the project began on September 16, 2017. it was expected to be completed about five months before the start of construction, which was scheduled for completion. But later, due to two snowy winters and the adverse effects of the Kavid-19 epidemic, construction of the project was completed in 20 months instead of the scheduled 18 months.
