Deputy Inspector (Investigation) Mahmudul Hasan said: “It is correct that a case has been filed on behalf of Tama Mirza. However, there have been two cases. One was made by Tama Mirza’s husband, Hisham Chishti. And the other Tama Mirza has done it against her husband. They have presented several cases.
Tama Mirza’s husband, Hisham Chishti, is known to have left for Canada shortly after the case was closed.
It is worth mentioning that on May 8, 2019, Tama Mirza married Hisham Chishti, a Canadian citizen of Bangladeshi descent.
