Actor SM Azizur Rahman
Small screen actor SM Azizur Rahman (Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilahi Raziun) has died. He breathed his last at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Medical University at 4:15 am on Thursday (October 8).
He had been suffering from various diseases due to old age for some time and was undergoing treatment at the hospital.
Journalist SM Atiqur Rahman, son of Azizur Rahman, confirmed the matter.
He wrote on Facebook, God is great. I have always had confidence in all his decisions. Allah has taken my father HM Azizur Rahman for himself in the holy time of Fajr. He died peacefully in his sleep without letting us understand anything.
SM Atiqur Rahman further wrote: My father was a gentleman, personable and cheerful. Even then, if for any reason you have hurt someone at some point, I apologize on your behalf. Don’t keep any pain in your mind. Forgive him.
He said the bodies were being brought to his village house in Bagatipara, Natore after Janazah after Johar. After another janaza on Friday (October 9) at 10 am, Azizur Rahman will be buried next to his father’s grave as he wishes.
Azizur Rahman is a well-known face on the small screen. He used to work regularly on dramas and commercials. He has also been seen on popular magazine shows ‘etc.’ Azizur Rahman suffered from a geriatric illness for a long time. So acting was irregular for quite some time.
