Former model wife Maria Mim has filed a general diary (GD) against small screen actor Siddiqur Rahman for circumcising his son Arash Rahman without permission. He kept a general diary at the Gulshan police station on Saturday night. Siddique explained Mim’s accusations. He says: ‘The boy is 6 years old. Circumcision of the son as father is circumcision. According to him, circumcision is a crime in Bangladesh, it seems to have added a new dimension to Bangladesh. You’ve done GD, you can. But we have repeatedly talked about circumcision. But he does not live in the country. He was at the Burj Khalifa hotel the week before. The mother staying at the Burj Khalifa hotel is definitely not paying attention to her son’s circumcision.
Siddique said: ‘I have been talking about my son’s circumcision for the past two years. He has nothing to say about it. It is at home and abroad. The accusation against me was that he was circumcised. I called him from the hospital. If I had thought about it, I would have gone to the hospital without saying so much. I don’t want to talk about all this without my son’s mother. ‘
Siddique said that after the boy’s circumcision, he will organize a one-time meal for ordinary people and students from madrasas and schools for orphans in Dhaka and Tangail. It will feed a thousand people in Dhaka and more in Tangail according to hygiene standards.
On May 24, 2012, Siddique married Maria Mim, a Spanish woman of Bangladeshi descent. On June 25, 2013, they became the parents of a son.
Siddique and Mim divorced in October 2019. After that, the boy Arash Rahman stayed with his mother and father according to court rules. Earlier on Saturday night, Maria Mim complained about the matter on her Facebook account.
At that time, Mim said, they were unable to cope with many things due to marital disputes. He wants to work in show business. But Siddique objected. And that is why there is separation between them.
