The petition was brought to the high court hearing of Judge Mohammad Nazrul Islam Talukder and Judge Ahmed Sohail on Monday and was removed from the agenda.

ZI Khan Panna and Suraiya Begum represented the writ petition. Assistant Attorney General AKM Amin Uddin Manik represented the state. The lawyer was from the ACC. Khurshid Alam Khan.

When the car is filed, the superior judge of the court wants to know the identity of the petitioner of the car.

Suraiya Begum, the petitioner’s attorney, said that the petitioner was Deputy Attorney General Jannatul Ferdousi Rupa.

The judge then said: “He is our neighbor. We also live in flats. So either it (the car) or it takes it somewhere else to listen to it. There are more banks. We don’t want to hear it because we’re close. ”

Attorney ZI Khan then told the Emerald Judge, “We want justice from you, not favors.

The judge then said: “You will have the freedom to present the application in any court of jurisdiction. I removed the request from the calendar. ”

After receiving notice from the ACC on Wednesday, state law officer Jannatul Ferdousi Rupa filed a court petition in the appropriate branch of the Superior Court challenging it on Sunday.

The notice sent by ACC Deputy Director Mohammad Ibrahim asked Rupa to be present at the commission’s headquarters in Dhaka’s Segundobagicha on November 4 at 10 am.

There are allegations that the state law enforcement officer “acquired bribes through various wrongdoing, corruption, abuse of power and fraud, colluded with various defendants, including GK Shamim, and obtained huge non-income assets, including bail “.

In the petition for the silver order, the ACC was asked to suspend the notification procedure and also to issue a rule.

Rupa wanted to know why the notice, which was illegally issued for the purpose of harassment, would not be out of legal authority.

The Secretary of the Interior, the President of the Anti-Corruption Commission, the Director General of the ACC (Special Investigation and Investigation-II) and the Deputy Director (Special Investigation and Investigation-II) have been named as defendants in the petition.
