Ignoring the situation of Corona in the country, without any previous announcement, in the running of the bulls, in the town of Bertala in Sarail upazila de Brahmanbaria, with the participation of thousands of people, several criticisms began yesterday about the meeting of more than half a town . Three police officers have already been removed for alleged negligence. The district administration even ordered the closure of 6 villages of 3 upazilas, including Bertala, on the pretext of participating in the janaza. Residents of these towns have also been instructed to remain in home quarantine for 14 days. However, it has become very important to find answers to some of our questions about this janaza.
According to media reports, two BNP MPs have worked behind the scenes to highlight the failure of the government and the administration in bringing together so many people in Maulana Jubayer Ahmed Ansari’s janaza. In Brahmanbaria-2 constituency (Sarail-Ashuganj), BNP lawyer MP Abdus Sattar Bhuiyan and reserved woman MP Barrister Rumin Farhana secretly pleaded with their followers to attend the janaza, according to many of those who attended the janaza . It should be mentioned that the Brahmanbaria 2 seat is known as the BNP-Jamaat base. Taher Aiuddin Tagore was also the deputy for this seat. So they are busy taking advantage of any opportunity to dispute the Awami League government. As a result, more than half a million people gathered on Saturday morning. Many have also claimed that these two BNP parliaments have brought together so many people at Maulana Jubayer Ahmed Ansari’s funeral only to escalate criticism of the government, even during this time of the coronavirus plague that is taking the form of an epidemic in the world.
In this situation, we have to find the answers to the following 15 questions about Maulana Jubayer’s Ahmad Ansari Janaza. So I think many things will be clear.
The funeral prayers of Naib Amir Maulana Jubayer Ahmad Ansari of Khilafah Majlis are “the top of the country” today. The coronavirus also demanded an investigation into whether there was any ambiguity behind the confrontation through the janaza, which broke the blockade when the country was in a state of emergency and Bibaria was in a “blockade.” A janaza today is not the cause of thousands of janaza? There is no other instance of janaza or funeral in the world in Corona’s situation. But why is this in Bangladesh? Who did it? Let’s do an analysis if it was planned or emotionally.
1) Ansari died at 5 in the afternoon, he could have been buried earlier in the night if he wanted to.
2) He was buried in the madrasa facilities, which was not a dark cemetery. There was a clear lighted ground. Burial at night was not a problem. Why did they waste time with the body until 10 o’clock the next day?
3) During the night, hundreds of Khilafah Majlis party workers from different districts of the country appeared there in private vehicles. Do at least 15,000 people participate in Fajr prayers in Beratala Madrasa? But why wait?
4) Seeing so many people then, was it not necessary to perform Janaza after Fajr?
5) Since the leaders of Dhaka Majlis and Hefazat had appeared there before Fajr, why did more people clash for meeting and janaza in the morning without performing Fajr Janaza?
. In this Corona situation, was it necessary for thousands of leaders and activists led by Maulana Mahfuzul Haque and Mamunur Haque from Dhaka to go to Brahmanbaria to attend the janaza? Where was the police force that left Dhaka with such a large fleet during the lockdown emergency? Couldn’t you stop them with a pair of posts?
. Ansari’s family telephone conversation with the central leader of Khilafah Majlis, Mahfuzul Haque, and the telephone conversation of the party leaders in Brahmanbaria and Muhtamim Maulana Mubarak Ullah of Jamia Yunusia Madrasa will be intercepted starting at 5 pm after the death of Ansari.
. In the morning, when millions of people flocked to Brahmanbaria from Bishwaroad to Ashuganj, why were they detained for so long without shortening the janaza prayers?
9) Without burying the body, there will be a prayer for the coroner, why was the prayer made for one more hour after the body was buried in the grave?
10) Where the obligatory prayers in the mosque are short, where was the problem of the Shari’ah of performing the short janaza prayers with some people?
11) According to the hadith, people were not allowed to go from one place to another during the epidemic, the government prohibited them from leaving Dhaka. However, why did thousands of academics leave Dhaka under the leadership of Maulana Mahfuzul Haque, Junaid Al Habib, Mamunul Haque, Khaled Saifullah Ayubi, Hasan Jamil for disobeying the instructions of Islam and government law?
12) After coming from Brahmanbaria, why is the house of these sages of Dhaka still not closed? Or why are legal measures not taken, putting millions of people at risk of death?
13) Although the OC and SP withdrew and took legal action, were the leaders of the Khilafah Majlis not responsible?
14) Mahfuzul Haque, Secretary General of Khilafah Majlis, said: “The number of people who attended the janaza has decreased due to the coronation.” Why not take action against his strange statement? Last week, Allama Abdul Mumin, the caliph of Shaykhul Islam Hossain Ahmad Madani, the central president of the Ulema of Bangladesh Jamiat, passed away. He was a thousand times more popular and respected than Ansari. But if the Jamiat leader could read the janaza briefly, why couldn’t they? Here there was no human emotion, there was a dirty confrontation of the politics of corpses, what does not require investigation?
15) Isn’t this a threat to people across the country and a rebellion against the state’s decision? What is the remedy for the political reasons of the people of this country in custody?
16) Funeral prayers ‘Farze Kefaya’; In other words, if one person realizes, everyone realizes. Farz, which are the obligatory prayers we are reading sitting at home, the holy Kaaba Sharif and the banning of the congregation to Medina and the gathering of so many ignorant people to perform one’s funeral prayers! Where is the end of this fanatic madness?
Meanwhile, on Saturday night (April 18), the district administration ordered to remain in home quarantine for 14 days by performing a microphone in the villages participating in the janaza. In addition to Bertala, the other towns are Khariala, Baigair and Maishai in Ashuganj upazila; Shantinagar, Sitaharan, Baribari and Malihata of Sadar upazila from the Panishwar union of Sarail upazila. As soon as any of these villagers leave their homes in the next 14 days, law enforcement agencies have announced that they will take strict legal action.
In addition, three officers, including Circle ASP and OC, have been removed in connection with the gathering of people at Janaza in Brahmanbaria. A three-member investigative committee was formed to investigate the incident. AIG (media) Sohail Runner at police headquarters said this on Sunday (April 19).
Previously, the Sarail OC Shahdat Hossain Titu police station was withdrawn for failing to fulfill its obligations in the incident. Saturday night (April 17), in the direction of the police headquarters, he was asked to withdraw and join the district police line. Assistant Police Superintendent of the Special District Police Branch. Alauddin has confirmed the matter.
Meanwhile, a three-member investigative committee was formed under the chairmanship of the Chittagong Range Additional DIG (Administration and Finance) to investigate the Sarail incident. The other two committee members are the Additional Superintendent of Police (Crime) for the Chittagong Range and the Additional Superintendent of Police (Administration) for the Brahmanbaria District. The committee has been asked to submit its report by April 22, 2020.
It should be mentioned that on Friday (April 18) at 6.15 pm, Alem Maulana Jubayer Ahmad Ansari breathed for the last time at his residence in Marcus Para of the district city. He was 59 years old.
Ahmad Ansari de Jubayer’s funeral prayers were held in the town of Bertala with the participation of thousands of people at 10 am on Saturday. At this time, the janaza line extended beyond the local madrasa desert to the wide area of the Dhaka-Sylhet highway. Although there is an instruction to accept social distance in Corona’s situation, there is much criticism through social media, as there is such a large congregation around Janaza.
