Two days later, fisherman Harun Sheikh threw a net in Padma and sat down hopefully. After about four hours, when you go to collect the net, a big shake is needed. Understand, a big fish gets caught in the net. So is. Before pulling the net and taking it to the boat, everyone saw a huge killer fish.

The dead fish was caught in the Padma River in the Char Karneshna area of Daulatdia in Goaland upazila of Rajbari. The fish weighs about 30 kg. Later, when the fish was brought to the market for sale, it sold at Tk 1,350 per kg to Tk 40,000. However, Aaron has not yet received the full amount. Chandu Mollah, a fish stockist at Daulatdia Ferry Ghat, bought it. This is the first such large fish this season.

Today, Tuesday morning, people gathered to watch the fish at the shipyard adjacent to Daulatdia No. 5 Ferry Dock. Chandu Mollah, the grocer, was preparing to sell the fish in Dhaka at the time.

At that time, Harun Sheikh, a fishmonger, said: “Due to the large number of fishermen, we went down to the river in groups for two days in a row through the association.” Two days later, around one o’clock yesterday night, I landed in the Padma Char Korneshna area. A total of seven participants, including me, threw fishing nets (large fishing nets) into the river. After about four hours of floating down the river, I started pulling the nets into the boat at about five in the morning. Towards the end of the lifting net, then a great jerk. It was then that I realized that something big was stuck. In the light of dawn, when I was about to take the boat to the end with the blink of an eye, I saw that a great assassin was caught in the ambush of the wounded (special trap). Everyone’s eyes and faces were happy then. After gathering the fish, we went directly to the Daulatdia Ghat fish market. Chandu Mollah, a fishmonger at the ferry dock, bought the fish when they called him at the home of local stockist Raushan Mollah at 1,350 Tk per kg. About seven years ago, I caught a 63 kg fish from this river. This is the first time such a large killer fish has been caught since then. ”

Chandu added that people in the area do not usually buy such large fish. The owners or political leaders of various distant industries, including Dhaka, bought it. He has contacted several Dhaka acquaintances by phone. A trader pays 1,300 rupees per kg. If you earn 1,400 rupees, you will sell it.
