The announcement was made by Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte in announcing plans to ease the blockade. He said: ‘Practice can be started in a group starting on May 16. And from May 4 you can practice individually. But we will evaluate if there is a possibility of finishing the league.
“We will discuss whether the league can be decided by guaranteeing maximum security,” he added. We are sports fans and we don’t want our athletes to get sick. ”
The country’s prime minister suggested maintaining social distance during practice. Additionally, players have been asked to maintain a distance of at least two meters during practice.
Italy’s main soccer league has been suspended since March 9. Several other Serie A players have hired Covid-19. Among them are Daniel Rugini, Matuidi and Paolo Dibala.
The 2019-20 Serie A season is expected to resume between May 28 and June 2. If so, the season could end in early August.
