Said the Inspector General of Police (IGP). Benazir Ahmed says that the spiritual master and the political master must be identified. In all cases, political teachers will be subject to the law.

He said, there is no reason for you to be afraid of the people of Brahmanbaria. The state, the law and the people are by your side. You demand, of course, that action will be taken against the attackers.

He said this at an exchange meeting at the Press Club on Thursday afternoon after inspecting several damaged facilities in Brahmanbaria.

The IGP said that 3.2 million people live in the city of Brahmanbaria. They have established madrasas to educate their children during the day. 13,000 students are studying in these madrasas. They spend a crore of rupees every day. The money is provided by the people of Brahmanbaria. But now you have to think that your land office and the record room have caught fire. The people of Brahmanbaria will have to bear their loss for the next 50 years.

Visiting wounded and wounded journalists in Brahmanbaria, he further said in the exchange of views: “Our Alem Samaj is now divided into two parts in the name of Islamic education.” A spiritual master, full of spiritual power. The other is political. We need to identify them.

He said that political academics need to know who they are. At the same time, video footage of the incident will be made available to local residents and provided to the appropriate police station, but those involved in the crime can easily be subjected to the law. That is why he wants everyone’s cooperation.

The IGP said: “You will remember that not only the people of Brahmanbaria, but 160 million people throughout Bangladesh are with you.” And those who are doing such activities will be resisted by law enforcement agencies at any cost.

RAB Director General Chowdhury Abdullah Al Mamun, SB Chief Monirul Islam, Chittagong Range DIG, Anwar Hossain, DIG Operations and other senior police officials were present.
