Awami League Secretary General and Minister of Road Transport and Bridges, Obaidul Quader, has called the anti-India communal group a sponsor of violence within national mosques, including Dhaka-Chittagong and Brahmanbaria.
Obaidul Quader made this comment in his welcoming speech at a seminar organized by the Bangladesh Awami League at noon on Sunday (March 26) on the occasion of the golden anniversary of independence. He was attached to the conference held at the Awami League headquarters on Bangabandhu Avenue in the capital by videoconference from Ganobhaban.
Obaidul Quader said that the anti-India communal group has carried out acts of violence inside the national mosques, including Dhaka-Chittagong, Brahmanbaria and those who are angry about the success of the golden jubilee of independence, BNP is the patron of this evil force. He called on everyone to unite under the leadership of the Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina to stop the violent activities of the communal forces of evil.
The secretary general of the Awami League questioned the moral right of the BNP to celebrate the golden anniversary of independence. He said that when the BNP announced a program to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Independence, the question before the nation was whether they had the moral right to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Independence.
The Minister of the Bridge also mentioned that the withdrawal of the program under the false pretext of the Crown without celebrating the golden anniversary of independence on March 25 and 26 has given rise to another mystery.
Obaidul Quader further said that after the murder of the Father of the Bangabandhu Nation Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, BNP founder Ziaur Rahman donned the cloak of religion instead of the secular secularism of the state, shared the state power of identified war criminals and later Khaleda Zia raised the red and green flag of Bangladesh in anti-independence vehicles.
