If we bring the matter up to the mayor, he will bear the cost of your treatment. The mayor made the announcement at a concert held in Gazipur recently to mark the centenary of Bangabandhu’s birth. That activity has also started after the announcement.
In this context, Beauty’s husband Rajib said: ‘The mayor has reported that he has assumed responsibility for Beauty’s treatment. The matter is being coordinated through Anjam Bhai. It also keeps us informed all the time. We thank the mayor for this.
