Dhaka: Four people, including two workers, were seriously injured when a launch beam collapsed during the installation of the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) in the airport area of the capital.
The incident took place around 10:30 am on Sunday (March 14).
Airport Rapid Transit Quality (QC) engineer Abdur Rahman told banglanews that four people, including two workers, were injured when a launch beam fell while working around 10:30 am. They were rushed to the hospital.

He said the wounded were rescued and three were taken to Ever Care Hospital and one to a hospital for the disabled. However, the launch beam is still at risk.
