Buckingham Palace said in a statement on behalf of the Queen on Tuesday that the entire royal family was saddened to learn of the storms that Prince Harry and his wife Megan have been through in recent years, Reuters reported.
“Harry, Megan and their son Archie will always be loved by the royal family,” the statement said.
Megan’s allegations that the royal family were concerned about Archie’s complexion were also taken seriously by the queen.
“The problems that have been raised, especially the breed, are worrying.”
The statement said that Harry, the Duke of Sussex, and Megan, the Duchess of Sussex, could have misunderstood.
Still, the queen said she would take it seriously and settle it as a family matter.
Megan, who became the first mixed-color girlfriend in the UK royal family, spoke to Oprah Winfrey on CBS television last Sunday about her ordeal in the royal family.

He said that when Archie entered the womb, members of the royal family were concerned about how black his complexion might be.
Megan said she felt so helpless in the face of adversity that she even began to think about suicide.
Megan and Harry left the royal family and started a new life in the United States.
Harry says he left the royal family due to a crisis of understanding. Furthermore, he feared that history would not repeat itself.
Harry was referring to the death of his mother, Princess Diana, in 1997.
Harry was the youngest of two children of Prince Charles, the eldest son of Queen Elizabeth II. Elder brother William is ahead of him as heir to the throne.
After the Megan-Harry interview aired, there was a lot of discussion. That said, Diana’s death in an accident was just as stressful for the royal family as it was for her.
Following the broadcast of the interview, a rumor spread in the British media that neither Buckingham Palace nor any of the members of the royal family would open their mouths about it.
Reuters quoted a source at the palace as saying that the royal family viewed the matter as a family matter and wanted to resolve it at the national level.
