Rangamati: A mentally unbalanced person was killed in a wild elephant attack in Rangamati’s Kaptai upazila. The accident occurred on Sunday morning (March 6) in front of the Forest Development Training Shelter in Upazila.

Every day herds of wild elephants enter the camp and its surroundings, causing extensive damage. This is causing panic among ordinary people.
Sources said that five people were killed in wild elephant attacks in Kaptai of Enye district in the past two years.
