The Delhi Police have issued a warrant without bail against Nikita. After that, the social worker approached the court to request advance bond. The Mumbai High Court granted Nikita’s request for advance bail for three weeks with bail of Rs 25,000. Nikita has been charged pursuant to sections 124 (a), 153 (a) and 120 (b) of the Indian Penal Code.

That unarmed girl has shown courage. ‘ Like Priyanka, Rahul Gandhi also tweeted against the Modi government. The former president of Congress wrote: ‘The country will not remain silent. Delhi’s chief minister, Arvind Kejriwal, called the arrest of Disha, 21, an unprecedented attack on democracy. “It is not a crime to support farmers,” Kejriwal said. Bengal’s Chief Minister, Mamata Banerjee, also spoke about Disha’s arrest.
